Appointment Booking App ointo

I tried a few calendar apps this week, and this was by far the cheapest and easiest to use (even as a digital marketing expert!).

Easy to install but when I thought I had an issue the tech team was accommodating!

Very easy to use, and Karan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Great experience overall!

The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade. My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.

Amazing customer support from Karan and the App saved me a ton of time with my short term rentals. Highly recommend - start with the free version as you get a lot from it. I eventually upgraded to $15 a month which is still cheaper than most non shopify apps.

Great customer service

Contrary to what is written in the app description, this app is not compatible with the Japanese language. While the Japanese translation is surprisingly good, the currency format and the date and time format in the email notifications cannot be changed to the Japanese standard. This limitation renders the app unusable for any merchant wanting to operate in the Japanese market - or East Asian market, for that matter. It's a significant flaw in an otherwise excellent app.

The staff are amazing help and the app is super user friendly if you know what your after, so many add ons and ways to organise your business

Great product which lets us do most things we need to. Support has also been excellent - very responsive and quickly resolving the things we needed help with.
