The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions! Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another. Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case. Thank you to the team and well done!

I have *literally* spent WEEKS looking for an appt booking app that connects to Gmail, Zoom, sends calendar invites, etc! This app has WORKED from day 1! And Priyanshu has been a great help with any questions I've had along the way.

The support we receive from the staff is above and beyond our expectations. We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered. We have talked with them many times sometimes about multiple issues in a single day but the staff are never perturbed and are always helpful. We plan on using their apps indefinitely. They have a great team!

I am so grateful for the amazing support with the installation of this app. I would have had to pay my web designer $350 to do what Priyanshu did for me for free. Hands down the best appointment app I've used thus far! The support team is AMAZING! They guided me through the set up. Super user friendly, easy calendar and zoom integration and it has a lot of additional features to encourage repeat business. Would highly recommend.
