Has this app for a while - has a good CS experience - until it gave constant issues on the scheduler button. This button would just disappear and my customers could not book a time to rent my bicycles. This has happened too many times already. And just today, in a meeting with a corporate client, the buttons didnt work. Just like that, I had to excuse myself of the meeting and solve this online with them - and they have no solutions after "seeing" it on their side that it works... And adding to the misery - This CS guy, Madhav, just wasted my time in real-time operations to solve a booking issue and all he did was trying to tell me the problem back at me instead of solving the issue. He needs to learn from his seniors before doing any CS work. Definitely changing to another app.

Had to talk to support to figure out double bookings. Spoke to someone who walked me through all the steps to change my settings and help get my booking services figured out. Appreciate the good customer service

We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much. For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!

The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions! Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another. Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case. Thank you to the team and well done!

I have *literally* spent WEEKS looking for an appt booking app that connects to Gmail, Zoom, sends calendar invites, etc! This app has WORKED from day 1! And Priyanshu has been a great help with any questions I've had along the way.
