I had a small issue. I reached out via email and they responded with an appointment. The rep did a Google meet allowing me to share my screen as he guided me through the process. He showed patience with me and I greatly appreciated the assistant.

I was having some issues navigating the app. The response I received was prompt. We communicated via email and when I was advised to do something I didn't understand, I asked for a call and within 3 minutes my phone was ringing. We are using the app for the appointments of our test center. We exprerienced some issues at the beginning due to the high demand, but those were resolved almost instantly. Great customer service! Also the newly added features work great.
