The support we receive from the staff is above and beyond our expectations. We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered. We have talked with them many times sometimes about multiple issues in a single day but the staff are never perturbed and are always helpful. We plan on using their apps indefinitely. They have a great team!

This app is great for scheduling and the support I've received so far has been excellent. I'm very happy with Appointo and would recommend them to anyone looking to schedule appointments or consultations in their Shopify store.

I am so grateful for the amazing support with the installation of this app. I would have had to pay my web designer $350 to do what Priyanshu did for me for free. He spent well over an hour working with me to make sure everything was set up correctly. I'm a super happy customer! Thanks again Priyanshu!

Great customer support. Easy to use features and staff will get on the phone with you if you need help. Priyanshu called me to help me set up the booking schedule. Very helpful and patient. Overall great tool to help you atrract new customers and grow your business.

This is the first review I have left for a long time. I am very, VERY happy with this app. The app does everything I needed it to do. Its straight forward. Some things could be tweeked like the terminology for some areas in the app but apart form that, its great. When I did have an issue, the guys were very prompt with responding back to me and resolved it quickly. Keep up the good work guys!

I had an issue that I couldn't get to, for two weeks, but once I finally had some time to sit down with Appointo, the team was able to pin-point where the issue was in the set-up times and fix it. Because I was unable to use the app for those two weeks, they approved my request to prorate the weeks I wasn't able to use their service. Very helpful and respectful to small business' frustration and lack of time. Would recommend this service... Thank you!

This is the best appointment app on Shopify. It is easy to use, it has many integrations and the customer service is fast, friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend everyone to get this app!

This is the best appointment booking app! It is easy to use, integrated with Google Calendar and the customer service is quick and so very helpful! They actually got on a live video call to help me set up the app in my store!
