I love this APP. It does everything I need it to do and more. The best part of this app is the support. Its hands down the best support I have ever experienced!!! Anytime I need something, I just ask them on the chat and they answer within minutes. It shocks me how quick they are sometimes. If you need a booking system, you wont be let down with appointo.

普段は商品を販売していますが、イベント開催に伴い予約アプリを探していました。 設定でいくつかつまずきましたが、チャットで問い合わせると、すぐに解決してくれてとても助かりました。（英語です） 他のアプリと比べてUIも素晴らしく使い続けたいと思います。

I am using this application to schedule classes and one on one consultations. The app is doing everything I need, including integrating seamlessly with shopify, zoom, and google calendar. The best part is I was able to set this up myself!

Had a question about the connectivity of overall calendar connection vs team member calendar connection. The SidePanda support team had helped me navigate the issue via video call, and the issue was solved within 10 minutes. Thank you for your assistance!

Good and easy to use. integrates seamlessly into the theme and also the help/support staff were really quick and efficient. although the drawback is that i cant change the color of the calendar on the free plan

They are always very helpful with any questions we have and take as much time as we need to explain any new features or changes to the system.

The app was very easy to install and navigate through, and if I ran into any issues the support team was quick to solve them or answer any questions that I have. Appointo is by far the best calendar-based booking app on Shopify with an even better support team.

Support is top notch. App can be a bit tricky sometimes but even if so there is always a workaround and if it works the App is just such a good add-on for our Online Store

The app is practically essential to our workshop-based business, and the support team is always very responsive and helpful. Any issues tend to be resolved fairly quickly.

A very good plugin if you want to have hole day bookings as I work with. And the support is magic! All small reguests I have had has been fixed within 24-hours.

Fantastic app. Love that it supports multi-day booking. Sought after some help from the developers, and they responded within minutes, fixing the issue I was having on the spot. Highly recommend both the app, the the developers!

I struggled initially with the setup, but after reaching out, they got in touch with me online and we were able to screenshare. Not only did they show me how the program works, but how to use it for my specific needs. This is definitely an excellent app for our Team of 4+ and we look forward to growing our team using this app. Each team member is able to set their own hours, fees, and locations. Not only does this make it easier for me as the owner of the company, it makes it easier for the team members who are running their own schedules. Highly Recommend!
