So far, this app is exactly what I am looking for. Shoppers can view appointment times before they buy and then confirm them via purchase. Auto send emails are thorough. Appointment dashboard is v useful - including the ability to input appointments by searching product/customer. Looking forward to using it more!

We were looking for a system where customers could purchase Afternoon Teas and reserve times to enjoy them in our cafe. We also needed them to offer times to come and pick them up too. It needed to work with a number of variants. After a google meet, we got set up in about 10/15 minutes and now we're good to go. Works like a treat. Great app, great service...now let's hope the customers use it! :)

This app has been great to book classes and for customers to use our space. Support is top notch with a very quick reply to emails and a quick online chat and my issue was sorted.

We are delighted with this App it suits our business needs very well and is easy to set up and manage as a product on our Shopify website. We have a simple need for individual shoe fitting appointments (not group) of different lengths depending on the number of children to be fitted and this App does it brilliantly and does not have lots of unnecessary features. We only want one appointment at a time but we could change that if we wanted to have more than one fitter bookable. We can change the hours available on different days to match seasonal changes in our shop opening times. The App shows us an easy to read list of upcoming bookings, moves them to the "past" as they expire and now has a quick and easy way for us to make appoitments without creating an account for customers who don't want to go online themselves. We can change and cancel appointments, it's just a shame that the feature for customers to re-schedule and cancel their own appointments is only on a paid subscription. We can't afford to keep paying out for Apps every month - it soon adds up! But we may dip in and out of the paid plan during our busy months because this feature is the icing on the cake for us. The developers seem to listen to users' comments and introduce features that are requested and have replied to my questions using the help chat very quickly. I'd recommend this booking App for anyone that has similar needs to us.

I absolutely love this app. Customer service has been fantastic and you can customize many of the features. It helped me with creating an easy booking system for tours and I can manage all in one place through the app. Highly recommend!

I had a small issue. I reached out via email and they responded with an appointment. The rep did a Google meet allowing me to share my screen as he guided me through the process. He showed patience with me and I greatly appreciated the assistant.

I was having some issues navigating the app. The response I received was prompt. We communicated via email and when I was advised to do something I didn't understand, I asked for a call and within 3 minutes my phone was ringing. Mukul was very professional, patient and resolved my issue. This app so far has been very helpful in allowing me to manage my classes. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service Mukul.
