Drew was so helpful and basically set up much of the program for me! The interface was a bit intimidating and I couldn't set up a lot of it myself but the support is amazing and I am almost ready to launch my rewards program!

Amazing app and such a high level of service! Their support answers within seconds and actually takes time to answer it well, record loom videos, etc. Also whenever I've requested a feature, they have it sometimes within a week. I expected maybe 10 months minimum. Really happy with the app and the service level, especially from Uri, that I've been in contact with a few times.

I tried multiple other loyalty apps before deciding on Appstle, and I’m so happy with my decision! As an indie artisan, I didn’t want a cookie-cutter program, and with Appstle I was able to create a very customized experience that is unique to my brand and resonates with my customers. (Though I appreciate that if you *do* want a plug-and-play program, you can do that and be up and running fairly quickly). The tech support has been beyond fantastic, without a doubt the most responsive and helpful I’ve ever encountered in my years on Shopify. Highly recommend this app for the price point, the stellar support and the deep customization options. Thank you, Appstle team!

A great app with a multitude of features. It's really made it easy to manage customer points and create specific customizations for tiered spending or bonus point incentives. Their customer service team is extremely quick to getting back to you so you can configure new incentives and test features, ultimately doing what's best for your customers. Something that would have taken me all day to figure out was resolved and implemented within 20 minutes, and their team is super friendly as well! I highly recommend adding Appstle to your roster, not only for the benefit of your customers, but for the ease of support in whatever it is you want to implement! The possibilities are endless with Appstle and their dedicated team.

Very very good experience with Appstle so far. They have been on hand whilst I migrated over from another platform. Set up has been fluid and intuitive so far :)! Their team are great help too and look into any question you ask them. It's also great from a cost perspective. Can't fault them!

Customer service of this app is superb helpful. I didnt need to wait too long for Sam to get connected to me and come to my rescue and run me over with the thing that i need to do to solve my problem his explanation is easy simple to understand. App wise its good. Just download it yesterday and still exploring it.
