Versatile rewards system tailored to your business. I have a lower plan, but was in need of a one time to use of a feature included in a higher plan, and the team was able to help me out. The support chat agents are very helpful and quick, which is refreshing in this day and time!

Appstle has been a game change for us both instore and online in retaining and customer re-purchases. The system has been relatively easy to navigate and setup. The customer services from our experience has been top tier, some of the best I a have seen. We have great deal of experience with different systems, services, etc and can clearly say their system along with the amazing customer service has allowed us to flourish with this system!

**Excellent support while setting up the app** I am still in the process of configuring Appstle Loyalty for my Shopify store, currently using the free version to make sure the app fits our workflow before launching. So far, I have been very impressed with the support team. I had several detailed questions about customer enrollment, Shopify customer accounts, translations for English and Spanish, and how point redemption works with dynamic discounts. The support team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand the correct way to configure the program. What stood out the most was that they did not just answer my questions — they also noticed a setting that could have affected my setup and proactively pointed it out. They also offered to remove the Appstle branding from the loyalty widget as a complimentary gesture, which was a nice touch for a small family business like ours. I am still finalizing the loyalty program rules before launch, but based on the setup experience and the quality of support so far, I feel confident moving forward with Appstle Loyalty and plan to upgrade once we are ready to launch.

After trying Appstle Subscriptions, I really liked their interface and wanted to see what other apps they offered — so I gave the Loyalty program a try! Nick was really nice and helped me set up not just the subscription app but the loyalty program as well. Highly recommended for anyone who has trouble setting up apps!

It gets confusing at the beginning but the customer service team is on basically 24/7. Works great and they're always there to help answer questions!

This is a crucial app for us, as we value and rely on customer loyalty. Their support team is very responsive and helpful, and the app has a lot of the features that we need to make our loyalty program a key decisive factor for our customers. One key feature that would really help would be the option to create price rules for various collections based on VIP tier. Hopefully, this is something that will be available in the future.

One of the best support teams we've worked with so far. We migrated from a different loyalty app, so naturally any kind of transition comes with some growing pains, but support helped us every step of the way.
