It gets confusing at the beginning but the customer service team is on basically 24/7. Works great and they're always there to help answer questions!

5 STARS for Jackson. He went above and beyond, and made me feel valued while talking to him 4 STARS for the app - There is so much to set up, you think you'd offer a duplicate button. Also when your team is too busy to confidently help anyone else Just say that! I'd much rather see a generic message " hey no one is able to help you right now. We received your question, when we can respond we will. Much better than holding with someone for 10 minutes while they help other people and tell me they're really busy. Then getting virtually transferred to someone else who could end up doing the exact same thing. I'd much rather have transparency than "effort" to help but not being helped. Thankfully I got Jackson - you should promote him. lol
Great app = its a much more reasonably priced alternative than many of the other options. Also works well with their subscription app. Their support team is also super quick and very hands on - they will actively jump in and edit to update specific things you need help with. Highly recommended
The customer support is really helpful with code. But the design interface is fairly limited and not entirely user-friendly. For someone with zero coding experience, design is impossible. But their customer support with help guide you through it.
The app does the job and includes all the essential features you'd expect from a solid loyalty program. However, setting it up took me a lot of time: I had a very specific brand identity, and adapting the visuals required quite a bit of custom coding. If you don’t know how to code, expect to make compromises or rely heavily on their support team. I had a lot of back-and-forth with their support — some team members were patient and helpful, others less so… To be fair, I think we ended up testing each other’s limits! In the end, with some outside help, I managed to set up a loyalty program that works for me. I do recommend the app, especially for merchants who are comfortable with customization or have access to tech help — and of course, for those whose branding fits the default design without major changes.

This app was not completely intuitive or easy to set up at first, but the customer support was great and we are hoping for smooth sailing from here on out.
Awesome customer service experience here. The customer success team is offering personalised service , eg.: creating tutorial video that fit your question and solve the problem. Personally I found this app has quite a lot to learn ( quite complicated ) , need to spend time to explore the features and definitely need guidance from the customer service.
Currently using the free version of the app. Wanted to bulk remove unwanted customers and Uri was very helpful. He made sure I was happy with the solution he offered before ending the chat. Thank you for your help.
The app has had some bugs since we have been using it, but the support team is always available to chat. For the price, this a good loyalty management app for a small business.
