Appstle Loyalty Program Reward

Their customer service is top notch. They are fast, friendly and effective. I had come to expect poor service at best from Shopify app companies. Appstle is a welcome exception.

Had a great experience with Adrian helping me resolve a question I had about linking our social platforms to the app - they went above and beyond& beyond my expectations!

Working well so far. We migrated from a POS that had it's own reward program and we needed to attempt to recreate it. We've been able to bring over all of the points and the sytem has generated rewards coupons as expected. No problems redeeming the rewards. I reached out to support for help with synching all of our customer's store credit data and they responded and had a full customer synch triggered within a couple of minutes.

Great app, even better support - have never experienced such fast and effective technical support. Lots of loyalty apps out there, its hard to choose - but I could not be happier with my choice with Appstle! Simply amazing - you wont regret using them! (also beautfully integrates with their other apps, which are just as brilliant)
