Der Support ist der Hammer! Super schnell, super kompetent! Kein Warten auf Antwort, ich kann sofort weiterarbeiten, ohne Verzögerung in meinem Prozess. Ich bin begeistert! Sowohl für Loyalty, als auch für Subscription App. Auch das Setup ist übersichtlich und (mithilfe von KI als Sparringspartner ;-)) schnell aufgesetzt.

So far so great! I'm just starting to migrate over from Yotpo Loyalty, but my first impressions of Appstle have been excellent. Help with migration from Adrian was immediate and and executed without a hitch. I'm excited to set up this new rewards program!

Incredible App & Even Better Support We’ve been using Appstle Loyalty for a while now and honestly, the experience has been flawless. The features are super flexible, and it integrates seamlessly into our store, but the real standout is the support. Every time we’ve had a question or needed help, their team has responded almost instantly with clear answers and real solutions. They don’t just point you to a help doc - they actually help. It’s rare to find an app that’s this powerful and this supported. Would highly recommend it to any store looking to build loyalty and reward customers properly. 10/10.

This app is fantastic! It allows you to add value for your customers with just one click. It’s easy to set up and offers a wide range of design options. The only downside is the translation feature when managing a bilingual website—but there are other apps available to help with that. Support is also excellent—efficient, responsive, and always ready with a solution.

This app came recommended by a fellow retail entrepeneur. I shifted from Lightspeed/TouchBistro (DON'T EVER SIGN ON WITH THEM) and Square so I figured I would have some challenges migrating my customer base and their points. Sure enough, I had several challenges over the first month and I was super concerned about losing my amazing customers. I am happy to say that Appstle stuck with me every step of the way. I asked for a lot of help over the chat and they were quick/responsive/helpful. They got me to the right person, URI, to help with my tricky situation. I checked out a lot of different loyalty program apps and this one gave me everything I needed, along with excellent support, and an extremely reasonable cost. Switching to Shopify has felt super scary, but finding a team of experts who could assist me in the migration is the only thing that made it work for me. Appstle, has a great team of experts, an app that covers every single detail, and a price point that cannot be beat.

We use Appstle Loyalty for our B2B webshop and it works well for our needs. The support team is quick, friendly, and really helped us solve a technical issue with hiding the loyalty widget for certain customers. Communication was clear and solution-focused. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable loyalty app with great support.

Honestly one of the best apps if your membership system is complex. That alongside the points system. Wow Mind blown. The way all the app all simultaneously work together The Membership, Loyalty and even bundles. 10/10 Would recommend

Hands down the BEST customer service from any app on Shopify! Honestly, it is shocking how good it is. This is my 3rd store using their apps and it doesn't matter what time of day it is, I can ask for help and someone is there within minutes and stays with me until all of my questions are answered. They will even help on the back end if I am confused or can't find the spot to fix what I need. I will use their apps for anything I can from here on out because I am so impressed!
