Por el momento es la App más completa que resuelve de forma adecuada los puntos de fidelidad. Hemos cambiado a ella para dar una mejor usabilidad a nuestros clientes. Hasta ahora habíamos usado JOY, pero la experiencia en Carrito y Checkout, no era buena y costaba más de 400€ al mes. Ahora con Appstle Loyalty, gastamos mucho menos y el UX del cliente es mucho mejor. Además el equipo de ingenieros y soporte es muy proactivo a las mejoras que se proponen y hacen modificaciones muy rápidamente. Estamos muy contentos.

We’ve been using Appstle together with Shipofy, and the results have been amazing! This powerful combination has significantly improved our customer experience by streamlining our subscription and shipping processes. It solved some key challenges we had, especially around managing recurring orders and ensuring smooth, reliable delivery for our customers. The customer support from both teams is outstanding – incredibly fast, responsive, and professional. They helped us with setup and customization, and their guidance made everything much easier. Uri was my support Rep and he was amazing it actually was very patient and answered all my questions and actually did some custom coding for my widget on the cart page. AWESOME job Love the App.

I've only been using Appstle's apps for a short time, but so far they've delivered on exactly what I need for memberships and rewards for my online store. On top of that, their customer service is on top of their game! Sam and Aiden responded incredibly fast, were very friendly, and got into my store to ensure that things were set up just how I wanted them. A+!

Love this app! I've used several other loyalty apps before find this one. I have to say this one is by far the best. The migration from our old app was fast and SO EASY. Setup is simple and straight forward, very intuitive. The customization is almost endless. Their support team answers question promptly and thoroughly. Special thanks to Uri!

The loyalty program works well and the documentation is really good. But what stands out most with this app is the support. The live chat is right there with the app, and all the support staff respond quickly and thoroughly, often with little looms to help explain further based on your actual set up. I'd highly recommend this app.

From the very beginning, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful — replies are timely, detailed, and always solution-oriented. One of the best parts is that they even offer multi-language support, not just English, which was a delightful surprise and made communication so much easier. Function-wise, the app is feature-rich, intuitive to use, and reasonably priced. Compared to many other loyalty apps we've tried, Appstle offers a much better value for money. It covers everything we need for our customer rewards program, from tier-based perks to point redemptions, all in one place. Highly recommended for brands looking to grow long-term customer relationships with confidence and ease!
