Appstle Loyalty is great, really fast to fix any problem I have. Like, I message them and bam, they're already working on it quick. Support team super friendly but sometimes app little confusing, but they help a lot and even do custom fixes for me. Quick replies anytime I need, so no stress at all. Definitely worth using if you want fast help and good loyalty features.

From all options, I chose this app. The app is great, offering everything you need for loyalty and referrals together, and the support is just awesome. There is plenty of customization possibilities, sometimes on CSS level to reach the visual and style we needed and without support it would be super complicated to achieve it. The only thing I would improve is the way it's implemented. Although it flexible, the loyalty program and dashboard are pre-built pages you have to use. Still, it would be better if everything was a widget I could use on any page and customize it based on my needs.

Support was amazing, having chat at your fingertips that is saved in the chat box is excellent. They go out of their way to help and offer assistance, as well as affordable options for small business that still offers the functionality for our customers. This team is amazing!

Excellent support and setup experience! The Appstle Loyalty team (especially Uri) was super helpful and responsive. The migration from Smile.io went perfectly, and the app is very complete and easy to customize. Totally recommend it!
