This app does everything I was hoping for and more! They are as far as I know the only app out there that offers redeem rewards at checkout as part of their free plan. Most other apps only offer this as part of their premium plans and even then, only to shopify plus merchants. Their customer service team was incredibly helpful and migrated my existing rewards program to Appstle within minutes. Their tutorials were easy to understand and follow. I was set up and running within a couple of hours. The best part? No more customers complaining they can't figure out how to redeem their rewards. Highly recommend!

The support is top notch, they are very fast to respond, extremely helpful with their responses and making "bottlenecks" simple to resolve. Genuinely among the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Their loyalty reward program is very user friendly and provides full capabilities and functionality to build a legitimate, scalable brand. It helps significantly they integrate with other major apps/platforms. Highly highly recommended for anyone interested in a Loyalty Reward Program.

Appstle is a fantastic tool for any Shopify merchant. What impressed me most wasn't just the robust features and customization options, but the hands-on support I received during setup. They made sure everything was integrated correctly and helped me get the program live without a hitch. We’ve had this app running on our store for more than a year and it has been absolutely flawless. Zero technical issues. On top of a great product, their customer service is top-notch—always fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. If you want a loyalty app that you can trust to run smoothly, this is the one.

Hands down the best onboarding experience we’ve had on shopify with an app. The support team is stellar and have really gone above and beyond for someone who just installed the app today. Even migrated everything from our old app for us and set up the discounts as we previously had them. Kudos. Keep up the great work!
