Fantastic team and app - great service

Our experience with Appstle has been wonderful. It was seamless to integrate their loyalty app into our Shopify site, and we were impressed by the many options available for tailoring the rewards scheme. The Customer Service Team were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and swift in helping to make the app part of our website, complete with our branding and flavour. We would particularly like to thank Derek, who guided us with our various enquiries and helped implement our plans in a polite, cheerful way - nothing was ever too much trouble!

The app works so well. I’m super happy with the ease of use and integration. It seems like it’s going really smoothly. The Appstle customer service is absolutely incredible, 11/10, I’ve not had such fast, capable, helpful, intuitive, genuinely great customer service. They promptly help me with any detail to make sure the interface is seamless and just what I want for my store. I recommend any of the Appstle apps. They’re great!

Just starting out now, but the support team is AMAZING. Most apps have no customer support for setup, or even after you've set up, reaching support is a nightmare nowadays. I got a real human on the other end with Appstle, and the support engineer walked me through the whole process, helping me set up the program exactly as I'd envisioned it. The support alone is enough for me to give this app 10 stars!

Easy to use, creat customer service. they really helped me get it up and running. Very happy with it so far! I love that there are many different plans. I started with the free ones until I grow and there are may different levels for me to grow with them!

Quick response and dedicated

While we don't have our referral programs or our VIP tiers fully set up yet, the support has been outstanding. The support team is very quick and willing to help with customization, questions on functionality, and all manner of questions related to the app. It's been a great time working with their team, and we look forward to getting our programs up and running, and we anticipate excellent continued support from Appstle in the future!

They are very customer service oriented. If I have a question, they respond quickly and they fix whatever issue I'm experiencing. You can't get any better than that! I would recommend this app and their team! :)
