This app is so much better than previous loyalty apps I have tried. It is easy to set up and use and has more functionality in the free version than others. The paid versions are such a reasonable price too that I am sure I will upgrade in the future when I want to offer more to my customers. Customer support is fantastic! I got in touch on the chat about migrating my customers over from my previous app and Sah sorted this out really quickly, staying on the chat with me to make sure everything was all working for me. I would highly recommend the Appstle loyalty app and know that my customers will love all the little extras that it will bring them. Thanks so much!

The app is doing what we need it to. Provide our loyal clients with free perks. Also the service is great. Even on Saturdays! Kate was super helpful. She answeredall my questons and even offered some suggestions ot improve the customer experience that I had not thoughtof. Thanks Kate

So far so great! I'm just starting to migrate over from Yotpo Loyalty, but my first impressions of Appstle have been excellent. Help with migration from Adrian was immediate and and executed without a hitch. I'm excited to set up this new rewards program!

Incredible App & Even Better Support We’ve been using Appstle Loyalty for a while now and honestly, the experience has been flawless. The features are super flexible, and it integrates seamlessly into our store, but the real standout is the support. Every time we’ve had a question or needed help, their team has responded almost instantly with clear answers and real solutions. They don’t just point you to a help doc - they actually help. This app is fantastic! It allows you to add value for your customers with just one click. It’s easy to set up and offers a wide range of design options. The only downside is the translation feature when managing a bilingual website—but there are other apps available to help with that. Support is also excellent—efficient, responsive, and always ready with a solution.

This app came recommended by a fellow retail entrepeneur. I shifted from Lightspeed/TouchBistro (DON'T EVER SIGN ON WITH THEM) and Square so I figured I would have some challenges migrating my customer base and their points. Sure enough, I had several challenges over the first month and I was super concerned about losing my amazing customers. I am happy to say that Appstle stuck with me every step of the way. I asked for a lot of help over the chat and they were quick/responsive/helpful. They got me to the right person, URI, to help with my tricky situation. I checked out a lot of different loyalty program apps and this one gave me everything I needed, along with excellent support, and an extremely reasonable cost. Switching to Shopify has felt super scary, but finding a team of experts who could assist me in the migration is the only thing that made it work for me. Appstle, has a great team of experts, an app that covers every single detail, and a price point that cannot be beat.
