I love this app. A couple of years ago I was searching high and low for a Loyalty and Rewards app to replace my Yotpo apps - my store is medium sized, and I wanted something integrated across reviews, rewards and VIP, and that didn't feel they had me over the barrel each tiny change. At the time, this app had just been released as an MVP and was still being developed, and I spoke to the team and backed them - they grew the functionality exactly as promised, and they really listened to feedback. To this day, their customer service remains excellent (thanks Mona for your help today!) - thank you again! So pleased I found them, and I very much recommend them!

The communication with the Appstle team during the implementation of the loyalty program was excellent—clear, timely, and always helpful. They were responsive to every query and made sure that all aspects of the implementation were handled smoothly and efficiently.

Great customer service, they answered any questions we had regarding the app and integration with third party apps to enhance our customer experience. We have looked around and had a few loyalty apps in the past and so far everything is good with appstle.

I am enjoying this app so far! There are a lot of features and settings that come directly out of the box in the free plan, which is very nice. The support team is also very helpful. Uri, specifically, worked with me for an hour to get things set up! I appreciate the time and care put into this app; and as of now, I highly recommend it.

I've been with them for a while now. If you are even slightly tech savvy, you'll get it. They are clearly growing and improving. So far, so good. Will update if necessary. Though completely reasonable/feasible for what is offered. Their communications have also improved immensely when it comes to customer service visual help. They create videos to walk you through it, instead of a bunch of typing, which is GREAT!!
