This App and this company is amazing. The amount of amazing features at a low cost really helps our business grow. Loyalty options are everywhere now and as a business you have to keep up with the times. This Loyalty program is well worth it, it fits perfectly into our store and gives our customers a feeling of being part of our company and being rewarded for it! We had a bunch of questions and needed a little help getting it to fit with our theme but their support fixed it in no time! They are very helpful and polite! Our messages are answered within minutes and the service is friendly and they are very efficient! I cannot recommend this app more!

We’ve had a great experience getting started with this loyalty app. The onboarding process was seamless from start to finish. The support team, especially Uri, was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, thorough in their explanations, and proactive in helping us tailor the setup to fit our needs. I highly recommend Appstle!

We have not gone live yet, but so far support has been outstanding, addressing every question I had clearly and promptly. The app is also REALLY deep with a ton of variables available to customize it the way I want to. We'll be moving ahead with Appstl - great flexibility, reasonable pricing and great support... sign us up.

Chat was super helpful and responded quickly with a solution to setting up my referral program the way we wanted. It seems to have all the key features we need and is pretty easy to navigate

Amazing app that includes both store credit and points features—and the customer service is even better! Uri recorded a lot of videos to help show me how to bring my ideas to life.

Best part abut the app is the customer support. Very succinct and quick with their feedback and help. Helped by Tyler and Uri, and they were both wonderful and understanding. Definitely experts in their fields!

Fast support but always problems with this app! The button is not working always "an unexpected error". Support fixed this more than 10 times but it comes back again all the time

Cheaper solution than others. Easy to use and if we run into issues, the support team helps us fix them. Uri on the support team was a really big help in migrating our old loyalty members' points to Appstle.
