This is absoltly the best APP & Support team across entire Shopify marketplace. Comparing Smile.io, Rivo and Appstle for Loyaly program the decision was easy. Best pricing (no % of sales) no unvisible upsells. This app is amazing and it combines with other apps from same developer, so you have everything developed by one team with amazing support. With such a clear and pricing structure. It is the TOP VALUE FOR MONEY APP. Love it 12/10

Great app. Setup is fast and easy. Lots op possibilities and the service is also great. Within no time they have done a few adjustments to the widget so is it working great within our theme. Thanks a lot.

Sehr gute App mit vielen Funktionen und trotzdem gut zu bedienen. Aber noch besser ist das Appstle Team und der Support. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten und immer eine passende Lösung im Sinne des Kunden.

I'm migrating from BigCommerce and this app came highly recommended by other store owners I know. We are still in the design and migration phase but the features seem to be great and support is extremely helpful. So far, I would definitely recommend this app.

I am still new to using Appstle Loyalty app but my experience so far has been amazing. Their support team is quick, attentive, and very helpful. I had several questions that were probably pretty basic but their team didn't make me feel as if I was annoying them with "dumb questions". They even recorded and sent me a video to walk me through how to do one of the items I was asking about. I know that is a lot about their support team, but to me, that is a key feature for any app. In addition to their support team being awesome, the app itself is really nice, once I learned how, it is very easy to navigate and set-up different types of rewards for your customers. I highly recommend Appstle Loyalty and Rewards.

This is a very robust app with all the loyalty features we needed, and at a very reasonable price. Visual customization of the widget isn't as easy as with some others, but they allow access to a CSS panel and HTML injection, which, if you're a little savvy, give more control than the competition. Probably the best part of working with Appstle is their 24/7 support team, and it truly is 24/7. Occasionally something needs to be escalated, but even then they always get back to you within a day or so. Easy 5/5 stars.

Out of all the loyalty apps, the Appstle Loyalty has checked off all the boxes to build a loyalty program that works. The biggest feature needed was the delay in issuing points for anti-fraud purposes. It's hard to believe that so many other apps miss this crucial feature. We look forward to working with Appstle more in the future along with their other suite of apps. The support is fast and amazing as well.

Very happy with this app. I installed it when it first started out. The features were solid then, but it wasn't perfect. Overtime they have made lots of improvements in terms of performance but also richer features and improved email templates. This is a proper product company that takes on customer feedback. The support team are also very responsive and helpful.

Have been using the app since some time. The features are great. It had been good till we found an issue with the discount codes. The app applies the discount code on product level and our checkout app considers it as a custom discount. Due to which the code does not get read and shows unused. We have contacted appstle team but there response time is very slow. Hoping this sorts out or else have to move to another app.

I have tried 2 apps before and uninstalled them both. Then I found this app. It meets most of my needs: 1. Free plan allows up to 500 orders per month. 2. I can integrate the "acquire points" block to the product page. Although integration to checkout page requires Shopify Plus plan, this is the most generous app I found so far. 3. The support team responds quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this app.
