Chat was super helpful and responded quickly with a solution to setting up my referral program the way we wanted. It seems to have all the key features we need and is pretty easy to navigate

Best part abut the app is the customer support. Very succinct and quick with their feedback and help. Helped by Tyler and Uri, and they were both wonderful and understanding. Definitely experts in their fields!

Cheaper solution than others. Easy to use and if we run into issues, the support team helps us fix them. Uri on the support team was a really big help in migrating our old loyalty members' points to Appstle.

THE BEST APP EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been with Shopify for over 12 years and had numerous apps. The level of expertise, availability, friendliness, willingness to assist WAS BEYOND ANYTHING I EXPECTED. We will be moving several other apps to Appstle and look forward to a LONG partnership! Une pépite absolue ! C’est LA meilleure appli de récompenses que j’ai testée, et pourtant j’en ai essayé pas mal. Prix ultra accessible (bien moins cher que les autres), SAV réactif comme jamais : ils répondent en moins d’une minute et règlent tout direct, sans prise de tête. Oui, l’appli n’est pas traduite et j’ai mis deux jours à tout personnaliser… mais franchement, ça en valait chaque seconde : l’immersion est totale pour mes clients. Résultat ? 3 ventes en 4 jours, uniquement grâce à des clients qui sont revenus pour dépenser leurs points. Personnalisation poussée à fond, système de fidélité qui fait vraiment revenir les clients, et une équipe au top. Franchement, foncez les yeux fermés.

We've used the loyalty program since 2023, and we love it! Appstl includes a variety of features so you can design a rewards program that fits your business, as well as something that grows with you. They've added a ton of new features, benefitting customers as well as our design team. It integrates easily with Shopify, but support is always available (and super friendly and helpful) if you have any issues.

Awesome app with great features and customer service is fast and efficient. They even have helped me with questions that were not related to their app and showed me how to fix things. I’ve never had an issue go unresolved. 6-5-25 Again today I was trying to make some custom adjustments that the app was not specifically designed to do and the support team helped me figure out a work around to make it function the way I needed! I can't say enough good things about working with this team!

Customer Service was very fast and responsive. Their team also handled a massive migration for me, saving me hours of work. I'm super appreciative for their patience. They also sent multiple Loom videos explaining their process to me so I could understand.

I am very satisfied with the support provided by the Appstle Support team — quick, helpful, and responsive. The Appstle Loyalty Program app is everything one can ask for. I found exactly what I needed at the perfect price. After exploring several loyalty apps, Appstle clearly tops my list. Though it's only been a few days since I started using it, the experience has been great so far. I hope the service quality and pricing remain consistent going forward.
