Great support and a very comprehensive yet intuitive app. We chose Appstle because it is easy to integrate into our customer dashboard and offers all the functions we offer in our shop: VIP tiers, referrals and loyalty.

I've been using the app for almost a year now and I'm very satisfied. The features are well-received by customers, especially since we also have a physical shop and the app works with POS. The support is also great; Uri has been able to help me very quickly on several occasions.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH HAVING THE REWARDS NOT SHOWING TO CUSTOMERS SO I HAD A CHAT WITH AN AGENT. THE AGENT WAS VERY ATTNTATIVE AND PROFFISIONAL, HE RESOLVED THE ISSUE ON THE SPOT.

I had a customer reach out with confusion about accessing their rewards account through the app—something that used to be seamless before. When I tested it myself, I noticed the process had changed and was a bit less intuitive. I reached out to Appstle support, and the team—especially Jackson—was incredibly helpful and responsive. They walked me through the issue, confirmed it wasn’t just a glitch, and even added a custom button on my customer account page to make things clearer for shoppers. The support was fast, friendly, and proactive. Thank you again, Jackson and team, for making sure my customers have a smooth experience!

We chose this because of the low cost, full features, and insignificant performance impact. It delivers better than many more expensive apps which didn't have all the features or negatively impacted store performance. We wanted point redemption in checkout, and that works well. We wanted a page to manage points, not a floating widget, also an effective feature. Beyond that it is incredibly feature-intense. The quick knowledgeable response from their customer service chat is very impressive. They figure things out quickly or find next best workarounds to accomplish what you want. As far as app support goes, it is second to none.

Appstl does it all. Pretty much anything that you need or want can be done with this app. Not to mention there customer support goes above and beyond. Uri has been INCREDIBLY helpful in QA'ing and helping get us where we want to go. Highly recommended.
