Appstl does it all. Pretty much anything that you need or want can be done with this app. Not to mention there customer support goes above and beyond. Uri has been INCREDIBLY helpful in QA'ing and helping get us where we want to go. Highly recommended.

First impression is wow! App is pleasing to the eye, and I love a good UI, the fact that it can be integrated with Judge me, even better. Customer service is amazing in helping me import all my customers past purchases into points in just minutes over me slogging to do it one by one. So far, experience has been really good, easy to customize and tweak to fit my website, and one day if this helps my business, i'd be happy to move to the paid plan :)

They are quick to respond through chat. However, it takes a lot of time to get things correct from the request. A quick phone call would make things easier and time-efficient. I spend a lot of time trying to get my request completed, as things are not done right. I do appreciate the calm nature and patience the team has. I wish there were a success manager available on basic plans to help set up the program correctly and assist with email flows. I still don't know if mine are set up correctly, but I don't have time to work through it over chat, which is unfortunate.

The app does the job and includes all the essential features you'd expect from a solid loyalty program. However, setting it up took me a lot of time: I had a very specific brand identity, and adapting the visuals required quite a bit of custom coding. If you don’t know how to code, expect to make compromises or rely heavily on their support team. I had a lot of back-and-forth with their support — some team members were patient and helpful, others less so… To be fair, I think we ended up testing each other’s limits! In the end, with some outside help, I managed to set up a loyalty program that works for me. I do recommend the app, especially for merchants who are comfortable with customization or have access to tech help — and of course, for those whose branding fits the default design without major changes.
