App is easy to setup and install. The customer support reacts quickly and kindly helps with the setup if there are any questions or problems.

So far, everything we've set up is working as it should, and the support team has been especially helpful and welcoming. The only issue I haven’t been able to resolve was bulk translation into Czech, but I don’t see that as a drawback, because it’s better for us to translate everything exactly as we need it. I also really appreciate the functional connectors to other applications; they’re a huge help in building a cohesive and functional system.

We’ve had a great experience with Appstle Loyalty so far. The platform is easy to use, and their customer service has been excellent. Their team is quick to respond, helpful, and willing to work through questions and issues with you. We recently transitioned from another loyalty program provider, and Appstle made the import and transition remarkably seamless. That was a big part of choosing the platform, and we really appreciated the support throughout the process. The one consideration I would mention is the email service. Appstle has strict bounce-rate requirements, so if you plan to use their built-in loyalty email automations, it’s worth being strategic about which automations you enable. Depending on your needs, you may need to connect to a third-party email provider they recommend. For the price point, Appstle offers a lot of value. The loyalty program is straightforward to manage, the transition was smooth, and we’ve been very pleased with the results. Overall, Appstle has been a great fit for our business, and I would definitely recommend it to other businesses looking for an affordable loyalty program with responsive customer support.
