Easy to use and setup. Taylor from support was great at helping with all our needs and implementing some custom CSS code to get our colours correct. Great pricing too compared to most loyalty programs!

Wish I could rate 10! We frequently come back to ask for help and they are always so quick and fast to respond. As a store, we have probably asked over 30 questions, and have had the same great experience with each one!

The customer service is 5 stars and the application is quite feature rich for the cost. I would absolutely recommend this loyalty app to anyone looking for a nice way to give back to their customers without breaking the bank! PS: Shoutout Uri who really helped onboard me into this app and answered so many questions. Legit 24/7 support.

I've tried almost every loyalty points management app on Shopify, and I can confidently say that Appstle℠ Loyalty & Rewards is the best. Their support is outstanding—I contacted them on a Saturday night, and they responded immediately, helping me resolve an issue that was actually caused by our store, not the app. The app includes all the essential tools to manage a loyalty program effectively. Highly recommended, no need to look for alternatives!

This app is great. I've only just started using it on my site however I have used other Appstle apps for the last few years and I've never really had any issues with them. For that reason I feel confident that this app will be another wonderful addition to our site. In the rare occasion that I do encounter a problem the customer service team is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have a simple question or need help navigating the app their team is more helpful then you can imagine. I would and HAVE told other business owners know about this app and would recommend others to try it as well.
