This is a very robust app with all the loyalty features we needed, and at a very reasonable price. Visual customization of the widget isn't as easy as with some others, but they allow access to a CSS panel and HTML injection, which, if you're a little savvy, give more control than the competition. Probably the best part of working with Appstle is their 24/7 support team, and it truly is 24/7. Occasionally something needs to be escalated, but even then they always get back to you within a day or so. Easy 5/5 stars.

This app is the best among the loyalty and rewards apps that I have tried. Best price, awesome support team. Highly recommended!

Out of all the loyalty apps, the Appstle Loyalty has checked off all the boxes to build a loyalty program that works. The biggest feature needed was the delay in issuing points for anti-fraud purposes. It's hard to believe that so many other apps miss this crucial feature. We look forward to working with Appstle more in the future along with their other suite of apps. The support is fast and amazing as well.

Very happy with this app. I installed it when it first started out. The features were solid then, but it wasn't perfect. Overtime they have made lots of improvements in terms of performance but also richer features and improved email templates. This is a proper product company that takes on customer feedback. The support team are also very responsive and helpful.

Have been using the app since some time. The features are great. It had been good till we found an issue with the discount codes. The app applies the discount code on product level and our checkout app considers it as a custom discount. Due to which the code does not get read and shows unused. We have contacted appstle team but there response time is very slow. Hoping this sorts out or else have to move to another app.

I have tried 2 apps before and uninstalled them both. Then I found this app. It meets most of my needs: 1. Free plan allows up to 500 orders per month. 2. I can integrate the "acquire points" block to the product page. Although integration to checkout page requires Shopify Plus plan, this is the most generous app I found so far. 3. The support team responds quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this app.

I really appreciate how much this loyalty app has to offer. Plus the responsive help from their support! Jackson was fantastic helping me get the colors and customizations set just how I hoped. Very excited for my customers to begin enjoying their rewards.

Only been using a day or 2, looked daunting at first, but fully set up in a couple of hours. I had a couple of queries, reached Nancy on the live chat in a couple of minutes, and she answered my questions and provided customisations to the widget for me in less that 30 minutes. So far so good! I had a lot of help setting it up with the team and they are very responsive. I haven't used it yet, but I am switching over from Smile.io, because it is a lot more affordable and it integrates with Judge.me.

I needed assistance migrating from my old system to Appstle Loyalty and was greeted with very friendly and efficient customer service who updated me with every step and let me know when it was complete. This was super helpful and easy. The efficiency made the transition so easy and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had to
