I cannot rate the app fully as it’s not live yet, but I can say that the Appstle team has been very helpful with answering questions and assisting in set-up.

Switched from another app because of additional features and more reasonable pricing. I did have to call upon support to help me set it up correctly and make some branding improvements using custom CSS. Support has been amazing, understanding and extremely professional. I do recommend this app. I would suggest making changes to the app to make it more user-friendly.

Quite simply the best and most versatile app there is out there in this category. We use this for our customers to gain points toward free shipping and discounts on products and it has been very successful. The VIP system is great as well, allowing top tier customers to garner points quicker encourages them to shop more. The widget is very customizable and overall very easy to use. Any issues I have had the team is very quick to respond and always very helpful. Couldn't say enough great things about this app!

Incredible improvement to customer satisfaction in my company. The support team is also incredibly helpful and willing to help you do whatever needed to maximize your success with their apps! I would recommend them to anyone! You won't regret it!

Excellent service and support. I have yet to find a more capable and response Support team. I love the product. It's easy to use and a great price point. By far, the best loyalty product available.

Appstle is an awesome tool, but I have to say that I am even more impressed with the support. Henry from Appstle has provided us with exceptional support. He is attentive, smart, and incredibly effective at solving issues with the Shopify plugin. His quick responses and thorough understanding of the technology have significantly enhanced our experience. It's rare to encounter a support engineer so dedicated and capable. Thanks to Henry, our e-commerce operations are smoother and more reliable.

Just migrated from another company's app, and their customer service representative KATE handled everything for me. She was very efficient and provided attentive service. All my requests were handled promptly. The migration experience this time was excellent and unforgettable. The overall functionality of the app is comprehensive. I recommend everyone to give this app a try.

Their customer service team is available 24/7, so I can always reach out to them whenever I encounter problems. The most amazing part is that I requested to add a function for free shipping on orders over a specified amount, which wasn't initially included when I was learning how to use their app. However, they got back to me and informed me that they had added this function just after a weekend, when I returned to the office on Monday. I was thrilled to see how quickly they could act! I've tried other loyalty apps as well, and whenever I inquired about a function, they always said, 'We will address your inquiry to our development team.' Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I truly appreciate how promptly they respond to my questions. This is a much better experience than any other app I've used before. I will definitely recommend this app to other store owners I know!

Great customer service. Kudos to Kate!!! Spoke with her today. She is very helpful. She even provided a loom video to guide me. Very clear and direct instruction. I love their customer service support
