This loyalty program is easy to use and the staff helps you set it up easily!!

We've been using Appstle Loyalty program for the past couple of years and couldn't be more satisfied with it. One major thing to note is their exceptional customer service. Not only are they quick to respond, but they work diligently to get all of your questions answered.

Setting it up is pretty straight forward, while certain configurations do feel a little too much work, but that also shows how customisable it is. Best of all, the team's support is the best I ever experienced. They are quick, fast and efficient - TOP NOTCH! I think the value of this aspect alone make the cost all so much more value for money.

The App is good and does what we need as expected. What stands out is the support behind the scenes if something goes wrong. The Team has been able to fix system errors very promptly and allows me to get on with the business of making money.

Honestly I have not ever come across a company or app with better customer service! They have been there to answer my questions within a few minutes every time and were patient and able to answer every question I had. At one point when I was confused, he made a video with his voice explaining things and showing me how to do them in my own account! absolutely amazing! I will be checking out all of their other apps!

Our experience with Appstle has been very very good. The other app that the developer recommended was difficult to use and they wanted us to keep upgrading & paying an additional fee without it working from the start. Appstle has been very easy to install & test. The support is fabulous! They are quick to respond! So happy we are using Appstle!

This app is fantastic. I've been exploring many other rewards/loyalty apps for a few days now and it's been the only one with all the features I need and is very user-friendly. Very easy to set up and fairly customizable. I was having trouble finding a setting (that turned out to be right in front of my face, haha) and Taylor got me straightened out in no time flat, as well as fixing something else I hadn't gotten to yet. Would definitely recommend.

Just getting it up and running, but so far seems to work exactly how we need. The support staff are excellent and increased the maximum points in the redemption section for us. Uri was super helpful.

I have worked with the App Store team on two different Commerce sites that I have owned, and I highly recommend them. Their apps are intuitive and easy to use, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend them and would use them for all of my apps if that was possible.
