A really helpful and responsive team, and a great product for the price point. We were using a considerably more expensive platform, and this one is much better value for money.

I have only just installed the app and contact the support team. They have been very responsive and helpful. I would rather submit a full review when I have installed the app and am up and running.

This application covers all your loyalty program needs. The support team is ultra-reactive, responding in less than 5 minutes. Once you've presented your subject, it only takes a few minutes to analyze it and suggest an answer. You have a solution in just a few minutes. Thank you all and keep up the good work!

We have been reaching out to their support throughout the entire integration process and they have been great! Their devs even got a few product enhancements live during this time. They have been able to solve every one of our requests!

We love the personal customer service we experience and the constant helpful improvements we have received in the app over the years. We have been faithful customers since 2022 and even expanded to use their other apps because of the positive experience. We highly recommend the app!

Relatively easy to set up. Allows you to set up a multitude of reward and redeem scenarios. Had one issue since signing up, but tech support was straight on it.

This app is amazing! The developers have thought of everything and the killer feature for me was the built-in Build-A-Box functionality. Their team handled all the migration from my previous subscription app - completely free of charge - and all my endless queries, as well as helping to customize my widget and site settings and UX. The price is a fraction of the competition as there are no usage charges. And did I mention how awesome the entire customer support team are? They are available 24/7 and respond within minutes! Don't waste your time, money or stress - if you're thinking about a subscription app, please do yourself a favour and try this one first.

The help support I received is the BEST! I had a question about how to check on loyalty points by customer. Harris created a LOOM Video for me that i can save and access as a refresher. Such a gem! Thank you!

Wirklich super gute Treue App. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme da wir von einem andern System migriert sind. Der Support war sofort für uns da und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geholfen und uns auch einige Wünsche erfüllt die absolut nicht selbstverständlich sind. Würde es 10 Sterne geben, hätten sie die auch verdient.

Great app for free, the few things that I suggested to make it better the team got back to me quick and if they also liked it added it within 24 hours it seems. Once my store gains traction I will upgrade to the starter pack to support them.
