I worked with Kate and she was super quick to make the changes I needed in less than a minute! I have worked with a lot of the members of the team over time and they are all incredible at what they do and provide absolute customer satisfaction! I highly recommend the support team and this app to all! It's worth every penny to have the 24/7 support when you need it!

I installed their subscription app and loyalty app. They are an incredible team of 15 engineers that are there to support you every question and perform customizations for your brand. Not only that, but they are incredibly friendly, fast working, do high quality work and really bear with you as you shoot them technical questions from a technical perspective. Franchement c'est la meilleure application dans leur domaine, tout est en anglais c'est le hic, mais pour la gratuité les fonctionnalités sont nombreuses, le sav est ultra rapide et les possibilités de personnalisation sont top aussi ! Je recommande à 300% !!

I love this app, it has so many features for a complete loyalty solution. I did have a couple of issues in customizing the installation BUT the Appstle devs worked immediately to help me resolve everything, and I can't speak highly enough of their customer support because it is outstanding. Definitely give this app a go!

This app is amazing! It has excellent free plan and the paid one is also fairly priced. The support team are fantastic and always happy to help. I needed a few changes and customisations and the team solved all my issues and helped with all my queries! Look forward to rewarding my customers now I won’t hesitate to go on the paid plan when time comes

Amazing experience and app. Natalie helped us create and adjust our loyalty page to fit our company’s aesthetic with quickness and effectiveness. The app is pretty easy to use but if you need more detailed adjustments, they help very efficiently. Natalie was able to make this process way easier and did it exactly the way we envisioned! Some apps make it difficult but she helped us under an hour’s time and we loved the results! We recommend her and this app!

Appstle does everything right! Whether their Loyalty & Rewards app or their subscriptions, everything is designed extremely well. Almost any situation you could think of is accounted for. For those that aren't, the team is able to make the necessary updates - and they frequently do! The development team is by far the best I've ever worked with. From top to bottom, the whole team is extremely responsive, helpful, and detailed! This is a crew that truly listens and cares about every customer's situation, and they will do whatever they can to accommodate it!
