I had an amazing experience with this team! The support team is beyond fantastic—quick to respond, easy to talk to, and always eager to help. They handle everything with such efficiency, getting things done as soon as possible, and they’re so thorough about confirming all the details to ensure everything is accurate. A special shoutout to Taylor, who helped me out today. Taylor was so patient and ensured every change was perfect! It's rare to come across such attentive and helpful support, and I truly appreciate it.

Updating to 3-stars for a prompt attention from Appstle Customer Service and changes made to the app based on issues we identified. We are standing by for additional changes as discussed (e.g. activity/audit log) that will make this app ready for primetime, at which point we will reconsidering implementing this app for our store.

Mi trovo bene. Assistenza ottima, mi hanno aiutata nella creazione grafica della pagina anche se non è personalizzabile al 100% e sembra una "pagina" diversa dal mio sito. Ripeto, molto disponibili e professionali. Chat immediata. L'App funziona bene per le mie esigenze.

I worked with Kate and she was super quick to make the changes I needed in less than a minute! I have worked with a lot of the members of the team over time and they are all incredible at what they do and provide absolute customer satisfaction! I highly recommend the support team and this app to all! It's worth every penny to have the 24/7 support when you need it!

Sometimes the fact an app works out of the box without issue actually happens. Appstle is such an app. Great for building loyalty program!

Do not trust this company - i initially signed up for the trial, changed back to the free version over a week before the trial ended, but it still shows up as an ongoing subscription in my shopify billing. They confirmed I was on the free version and will not be charged after i queried this, but i am being charged. now they are saying I need to downgrade to the free version but my app already shows that the free plan is activated. Terrible support, obviously they have bad technical frameworks, wouldn't trust them.

As explained by the Merchant Success Senior Manager in the chats I went through, the app billings are done by Shopify, and your switch to free plan might not have reflected in their system, on time. I see that the issue has now been resolved, with Shopify giving you app credits. We are glad you are staying with Appstle Loyalty.
