Great app! It's new but it's stable and they've been adding new features since launch. The team is super responsive and helpful. This app has really improved our customer engagement!

The app is fantastic and allows me to build loyalty with my customers, I requested support, they did it in minutes, it was quick, it exceeded all my expectations, I recommend the app!!!

I am impressed! I used another App for rewards for some time. After they changed their policies causing a huge price hike I needed a new app. After quite a bit of time looking I found this one. Not only is it free, but its a better product that what the other guys wanted huge $$ for. Their customer service is on point with quick responses and helped me migrate a huge customer group. Then took a Saturday phone call with me to hear some concerns I had and made changes right away to help fit my needs. I am already thrilled and I still have additional features I need to take advantage of. Great product, I highly recommend this

Annie from Appstle provided outstanding service when I reached out with a question regarding the display of my logo in the email template. Not only did she provide custom code to meet my requirements, she also demonstrated diligence and genuine care for her customer by ensuring that the amendments were tested thoroughly. As an IT illiterate I had commenced my journey in setting up the Appstle Loyalty Rewards app with some trepidation but my experience with Annie promises that the rest of the process will be supported by the Appstle team.

Customer service is really the bomb! Always ready to help you with any problem. The app is still a bit immature but by contacting them they solve any problem in minutes! Really highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience. The app itself is very easy to use and setup. Its got all the features you need and its by far the quickest to set up (I've gone through a lot of loyalty apps before this) The best part is the customer support. They're always there to help in case anything needs to be customised. Cannot be happier with the app! koshayoga.co

This is the best app for loyalty & rewards! After testing more than 10+ similar apps, this is the only one that meets all our requirements and keeps our customers happy. Give them a try you won't regret it.

For a free app, the functionality is very rich. I'm in the process of migrating from another ecommerce platform (Ecwid) to Shopify and the Appstle product suite (Loyalty & Rewards, and Subscriptons) is very solid. Technical support is via chat/email and is almost instant despite me raising requests at strange times of the day. The techs are super helpful and knowledgeable about their product. You could do a lot worse than choose Appstle products for your Shopify store.

Creating a new store is fun but also challenging when you want to create a great user experience but you have limited funds to start with. I looked at different loyalty apps, including ones I've used in previous stores. Appstle has come out as the best choice. I have had great customer service from Momna, making some customizations so the screen looks more streamlined. Very proactive and able to create what I want. Definitely recommend it and will give personal feedback if asked.

We're absolutely loving this app so far. We switched over from a much more costly loyalty system and this app not only has more features but the service has been outstanding and we will migrate our other apps over to Appstle shortly too.
