Contacted customer support to change colors on the loyalty page. Hasnain assisted and answered all questions, and helped change the appearance to our color scheme. Really like the functionality of the app, and the features that we wished were there they have added to their wish list for future consideration.

Diese App ist MEGA STARK und leicht zu bedienen. Ich muss gestehen, das nach der ersten Installation die App erst funktioniert hat, aber dann leider Störungen hatte. Das Support Team hat dann irgendwie die Bugs alle entfernt. Nach einer Neu Installation, läuft die App bereits erfolgreich mehrere Wochen. Alles funktioniert ;) ist leicht zu bedienen und ein absoluter Mherwert für den Shop sowie unsere Kunden. Fast vergessen zu sagen, denke ist die stärkste App und sie ist auch noch gratis Riesen Danke an die Entwickler und Support Team, ihr seid spitze. :) Grüße von BS

This is a great app, it does exactly what they say it does and the customer service is excellent. Not only do they have a live chat but they actually resolve any issue you have. Definitely recommend.

Absolute trash app. Had a very simple issue with the loyalty button not working/displaying (opening) properly. I set everything up the night before and it was all working correctly. Next day it had changed location on my website and totally stopped working. I asked for help to find out what was going on and the best they could come up with was asking for access to the backend of my website. HUGE red flag right there. I refused and deleted the app. There was nothing wrong with my website. 2 days after I deleted the app, I get an email from CS saying the app was fixed without needing access to my website. Again HUGE red flag. Do not use this useless app. They wasted 3 hours of my time during the set up, I emailed over 1,000 customers to let them know about the loyalty program and the next day it was broke. My time is very valuable and so are my customers time. 100% waste my time garbage app in my opinion.

5* System and phenomenal support. Would recommend this to anyone with a Shopify website its the perfect customer retention tool. Wouldnt use anything else as the software and support are brilliant and very fast support times.

The team at Appstle are probably some of the best i have worked with, timely and professional and honestly, a damn site more helpful than Shopify's own support. I Highly recommend their apps as they work as they need to but their prices after their free ones are very reasonable and affordable.

So far, so good. I have not been using the app very long, but I am pleased so far. One thing that I am VERY happy about is the customer support. I needed help with a couple of things and was able to get help immediately! Thanks to Momna for her EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Great app with a lot of potential. Has all the features you need to start your loyalty program. The best part is the dedicated hard working support team who is very keen to help any time you ask a question. I discovered some small bugs which they addressed and fixed.
