It was very nice. we've been dealing with a previous company before and it took most of our time but didnt get the result we're looking for. Appstle on the other hand is user friendly and cost efficient not to mention that there is no need for us to integrate our customer list on the app as it is automatically populated from our shopify store. I also appreciate the videos/ tutorials provided to help us get started. it is also easy to reach customer support for assistance/ questions regarding the app.

I've had a great experience using Appstle Loyalty so far. The app is powerful yet easy to set up, and it really helps improve customer engagement through the loyalty system. Special thanks to Taylor from the support team — super patient and responsive, helped me solve my issue quickly and even customized a solution for mobile! Highly recommend this app to any Shopify store looking to build customer loyalty.

Exceptional assistance from a team that works around the clock to help. We have yet to begin the program, but so far the integration has been seamless with the help of their team. If you have specific design requirements like our brand, its a bit of work to get it all together with their assistance but well worth the effort.

Excellent customer service. I thought the app was glitching, and it was not! It was something I changed. The customer service team helped me fix it, was very friendly, and understanding. Got everything fixed and offered a lot of help I didn't even ask for like extra CSS coding and other things. Highly recommend for their customer service, as the app itself can be confusing, but easy once you get the help to understand how it works. Thanks Brooks!
