Great app, lot's of functionality and the customer service is next level quick responses and they help you as if they were part of your team. Can recommend. We were previously with Recharge and had to switch due to lack of support, features and increasingly expensive plans that did not make sense.

Installing the app is pain free with step by step guides and useful tutorials. The customer service is excellent with a very quick response time, and staff who go above and beyond to help you when you have questions.

The admin is quite complex and there are lots of settings but once you've figured it out, there's a lot of good functionality. Support are very helpful and responsive.

App is perfect for rewarding my customers with store credits on their purchases. I contacted support about a small problem I was having and within literally 3 mins I had a response and problem fixed and than Sam and Drew both went over and beyond to fix a few things they noticed I had wrong. Yatz was amazing in helping with my shop needs and questions. He was so patient and kind in his responses, and showed me everything step by step. He offered additional suggestions too, which I really appreciated! 5 STARS PLUS for their customer support. I wasn't really sold yet on keeping/using this Appstle membership/loyalty app just yet. But after my experience with customer service, you really can't find anyone better to assist with your needs. They make sure you are happy with the service and the app. Such a NICE refreshing experience! :)
