Great customer service and functionality is fully customisable!

The app is relatively straightforward to use and has most features you need, but it's constantly being updated with new features! The best part, though, is the chat support if you need assistance. Of all the chat supports I've had to use (in terms of other Shopify apps), they're definitely the quickest, most responsive, and most reliable at any hour of the day. Certain things could use improvement like with the email template customizations, but it's negligible since I use another app for my emails anyway and Appstle works with the app I use.

A clear application, easy to configure even for beginners. We're just starting our journey with it, but we’ve already used other Appstle products and are very satisfied. I haven't even gone live with the app yet, but based on responsiveness of support whilst I get the backend setup I give it 5 starts. I left another very large animal sounding loyalty app for this very reason - I didn't matter to them it felt.

Appstle Rewards program has helped our company a lot. With its unparalleled customization options and intuitive interface, we were able to craft loyalty experiences that turn casual shoppers into die-hard brand advocates. The level of support provided was so good responding in a few minutes max. If you're serious about customer retention and maximizing lifetime value, Appstle is the app you've been searching for.

Support / Devs can't solve bad styling issues in their words due to our custom CSS in our standard theme and want us to remove our CSS that makes our site look fantastic due to their app using the same ID's needless to say we are not impressed with Appstle. We should not have to change our industry leading site to fit their app. It should be the other way around. They have 14 days to change their mind and find a solution on their side or we will delete their app and look for a competent app provider. They have been paid over $500 so far, this is not how to treat paying customers!
