UPDATE - April 11: My initial review was 5 stars as I was impressed with all the functionalities. Support had been a bit slow, but they had been able to help me with my initial questions. However as time went on, I realized there were a few serious problems that I needed help with. The first was that some customers could not see their points in their profile, even though we could see them on the back end. It was eventually resolved, but it took weeks. I initially brought it up on March 22, and kept being passed off to different people who would join the chat and ask me to reexplain the complicated scenario that was already detailed in all the previous chats. Frustrated, I asked to jump on a call with Hussain on April 1 and thankfully, the issue was resolved the next day. However during the call, I reminded him of another issue I had brought up on March 22 - one of the reasons I switched to Appstle is because they allow you to sync rewards program information to Klaviyo. The info is there for some customers, but it is missing for thousands of other customers. I discussed this with Hussain on the call, and he asked me to follow up with him via email and seemed to not want to discuss on the call. I have been following up ever since - via email, through the chat. Each time being told someone will help me in a few hours. Now I'm getting a message that support will be slower due to Eid celebrations, which I understand, but this should have been resolved long ago - it's now been almost 3 weeks. So if you are looking for a rewards program and just want to stick to the more basic functionality, this may work for you. But if you were thinking of switching to benefit from some of the more advanced functions and integrations, all I can say is that it has not been smooth sailing for me. I will update my review if anything changes. ***** I'm really impressed with all the functionalities in this app! I migrated over from Smile.io and was glad to see that many of the functionalities I would have had to pay quite a bit for there were included with Appstle Loyalty. I'm still tweaking and getting everything looking the way I want, but there is a lot of flexibility, and support has been great to help me with all my questions and even implement some new functionalities for me.

The help support I received is the BEST! I had a question about how to check on loyalty points by customer. Harris created a LOOM Video for me that i can save and access as a refresher. Such a gem! Thank you!

Wirklich super gute Treue App. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme da wir von einem andern System migriert sind. Der Support war sofort für uns da und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geholfen und uns auch einige Wünsche erfüllt die absolut nicht selbstverständlich sind. Würde es 10 Sterne geben, hätten sie die auch verdient.

I just installed and am getting going with it but so wonderful so far! This app has everything I needed for a fraction of the price of my previous app. The amount of users/customers/ orders is the kicker for me, plus the features included even in lower priced plans. The customer service has been amazing! So much help easily and quickly. That has been a life saver!

Great Customer Support! They helped me modify and change the app code to create a perfect match our company branding! The app allows for great custom rewards if used in creative ways.

Great app for free, the few things that I suggested to make it better the team got back to me quick and if they also liked it added it within 24 hours it seems. Once my store gains traction I will upgrade to the starter pack to support them.

Quick response and this rewards app is the only one so far that has allowed us to completely customize EVERY text viewable in the launcher and emails. If you are looking for a rewards app especially if you're customer base is in a different country, this is the best option for sure.

This is my first reward program and I love it! It's perfect for my needs and easy to set up and run. I had one little problem, totally operator error, I missed a setting. Amazing support & the app does the job...recommended !

At first look, I was excited about this app. Unfortunately, there have been issues. First, the migration of our loyalty list did not work and they told me I didn't do it. (I did, it said it was in progress and that it would take time, but it never happened). Then they said they would do it for me so I sent them the list. It took them days to get around to it, while I had to tell customers their points were temporarily unavailable. When they finally did get it done, they applied the total earned points over all time as the available points, exposing our company to significant potential losses. They said they're going to fix it, but I'm helpless unless I choose to just abandon this app, which I'm about an hour away from doing unless they get this fixed. As of my experience so far, I would caution anyone considering this app. I may change my opinion over time and if they get this resolved right away, but this could cost our company significantly.
