Best customer service I have seen yet from a Shopify App! I had a simple issue and Appstle success engineer Yatz was more than helpful and quick in fixing it. He responded in under a minute and stayed until the problem was fixed. He gave step by step instructions and helped with an additional design customization as well! Truly went above and beyond and I'm excited to see all the ways Appstle can improve our customer relationships and our store.

I had an issue with the placement of my Apostle App widget on my Shopify website and reached out to customer support for help. Rep Uri jumped in and handled it immediately. I tested several loyalty apps before choosing this one, including Rivo, Smile, Essentials, Essentials Loyalty, and ReferralCandy. Most options either forced me into one limited setup or the other, and when they did offer flexibility, the pricing was honestly unrealistic for a small merchant. Loyalty Reward Program was a breath of fresh air. The platform is simple, intuitive, and gives me the exact level of customization I needed without making everything complicated. Setup was straightforward, and the UI is clean and easy to navigate. What really makes the difference, though, is the support team. Adrian helped me through every single question I had, guided me through configurations, and was consistently fast, clear, and genuinely proactive. One of the best support experiences I have had across Shopify apps. I highly recommend this app, especially for small businesses that want a solid loyalty setup and are not sure where to start.

With free version itself we are able to use most of the features and the main feature of providing the credits and customizations and integrations were so easy and it just takes 5 mins to setup any reward system. Really happy about the outcome!
