Appstle Loyalty Program Reward

Do not trust this company - i initially signed up for the trial, changed back to the free version over a week before the trial ended, but it still shows up as an ongoing subscription in my shopify billing. They confirmed I was on the free version and will not be charged after i queried this, but i am being charged. now they are saying I need to downgrade to the free version but my app already shows that the free plan is activated. Terrible support, obviously they have bad technical frameworks, wouldn't trust them.

This is an awesome app. Response and support is awesome and almost immediate. Highly recommend the app. Its prettty inyuitive to setup. Enable widger, set up activity rules that says how do u get points and then set up rewards to redeem boom you are done. There are many ways to set up how to earn rewards including social media etc. Once you enable the widget, it appears on teh home page bottom right and shows up as earn rewards. Customers will need an account to manage and track rewards. Shopify customer accounts for your store is hidden by degault. This is good so customers can buy immediately. They do have to go back and create an account if they want to redeeem. Hidden means the customer account creation is hidden by default. For our store, we let it be. We manually go back and add points later, so the customer gets notified and creates an account. This makes sure that the customer purchase excperience is fast and smooth. Maybe there are better ways but that works for us. Overall this app and we also use other appstle apps for subscription is great. Highly recommended. 15 moins setup is all it needed

I love this app, it has so many features for a complete loyalty solution. I did have a couple of issues in customizing the installation BUT the Appstle devs worked immediately to help me resolve everything, and I can't speak highly enough of their customer support because it is outstanding. Definitely give this app a go!

This app is amazing! It has excellent free plan and the paid one is also fairly priced. The support team are fantastic and always happy to help. I needed a few changes and customisations and the team solved all my issues and helped with all my queries! Look forward to rewarding my customers now I won’t hesitate to go on the paid plan when time comes

Appstle does everything right! Whether their Loyalty & Rewards app or their subscriptions, everything is designed extremely well. Almost any situation you could think of is accounted for. For those that aren't, the team is able to make the necessary updates - and they frequently do! The development team is by far the best I've ever worked with. From top to bottom, the whole team is extremely responsive, helpful, and detailed! This is a crew that truly listens and cares about every customer's situation, and they will do whatever they can to accommodate it!

I am impressed! I used another App for rewards for some time. After they changed their policies causing a huge price hike I needed a new app. After quite a bit of time looking I found this one. Not only is it free, but its a better product that what the other guys wanted huge $$ for. Their customer service is on point with quick responses and helped me migrate a huge customer group. Then took a Saturday phone call with me to hear some concerns I had and made changes right away to help fit my needs. I am already thrilled and I still have additional features I need to take advantage of. Great product, I highly recommend this

Customer service is really the bomb! Always ready to help you with any problem. The app is still a bit immature but by contacting them they solve any problem in minutes! Really highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing experience. The app itself is very easy to use and setup. Its got all the features you need and its by far the quickest to set up (I've gone through a lot of loyalty apps before this) The best part is the customer support.
