I had a great experience with Jade from Appstle Subscription support. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire setup process. Jade guided me step by step, made sure everything was working properly, and answered all of my questions clearly. What I really appreciated was her professionalism and how efficiently she resolved my issues without confusion. Her support made the process much smoother and gave me confidence that my subscription setup is working correctly. Thank you again, Jade, for your excellent assistance!

Appstle has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my store. I ran into a few setup issues early on and their support team stepped in right away. Not only did they fix everything, they actually took the time to understand what I was trying to build and worked with me to get it set up properly. It didn’t feel like a generic support interaction at all. It felt collaborative. They were super responsive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about getting things working the right way instead of just giving quick surface-level answers. Every issue I had got handled, and I walked away understanding my setup a lot better too. If you’re running memberships or subscriptions, having a team like this behind you makes a huge difference. Highly recommend. Yatz was the man!

As a sole proprietor who wears all the business hats but is not great with tech/websites, this app provides me with the exact solutions I need, great instructions for set up, and extremely responsive help when needed. Talking to a real agent took less than a minute. While resolving my issue, Samuel actually noticed a few beneficial adjustments and implemented them for me right away - talk about going above and beyond!

So far, it’s been a great experience. The platform is smooth, intuitive, and very easy to navigate - especially from both a developer and store admin perspective on our Shopify site. You might find it hard to navigate at first if you don't have that much technical background but it's easy to learn for sure.

The Appstle team is always extremely helpful when I need assistance with setting up things on my site, and the apps all integrate beautifully (I currently use Memberships, Subscription, and Loyalty).

We need to gradually gain a better understanding of the membership features and add more membership benefits to increase membership appeal and attract more subscribers. Great team and service, thank Samuels help. We will keep Appstle Memberships for a long way
