I really like the app and the customer service. My one complaint would be that on the perks and plans, the edit membership items say "Limit Access To Specific Page" and that is really frustrating because I have to open each to try to figure out what page it belongs to

We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us. We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one. EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating.

The app can be confusing at times but the support staff available through the chat section are wonderful and very patient

Support team was very helpful. Ultimately I could not use the discounts in the Bundle app because of the 20 product limitation.

Appstle is a very powerful app, but is a bit difficult to configure. I highly recommend setting it up with a Live Chat window open for assistance. Get Live Chat help whenever you want to configure something new. With help on the implementation, Appstle is amazing.

The online support has been excellent so far getting it setup. I wish it was more user-friendly to set up yourself, but the little hiccups I ran into were quickly resolved. Hoping it continues.

Got my first product set up smoothly, but could not access the Member Portal. Contacted support through the chat. They couldn't fix immediately so I had to wait on the dev team. Took a few days to connect with the dev team, but once I did the issue was solved in 5 minutes. Great product once it's up and running.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

So far this app has been everything I wanted it to be. The support team has been great and has been quick to respond and help resolve all of the issues I've had so far. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my store is not yet live so I don't yet know how this will handle the masses. I've only done testing and it's worked great so I am hopeful it continues to impress. I'll update the review once we see what happens.
