I had an outstanding experience with the support team at Appstle. I spent several hours working with their text chat support while setting up membership restrictions for our Shopify store—a critical component of our business operations. Not only were they patient and knowledgeable, but they actually helped configure the entire setup from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, and they took the time to ensure everything was functioning correctly before ending the conversation. What could have easily taken me days of troubleshooting was completed in a single support session. It's rare to find a company that provides this level of hands-on assistance and genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. Their support team went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. It can be intimidating at first depending on how ambitious your goals are but once you see how efficient the support staff is, all your worries will melt away! Greate app!

I use it to implement a Patreon like area to my site and it works great! The support was quick and helpful, heihgly recommended for anyone needing a membership app!

App is working great and customer service is excellent. I've contacted the team a few times to make customisations to the theme and they have responded within minutes and helped me. I only set the app up a few months ago and I've already had over 50 members signed up to my membership! Thank you

We have had a really great experience with Appstle Memberships so far. The app gives you a lot of flexibility, especially if you want to build more advanced membership flows and connect different tools. What really stands out though is the support team. Super fast replies, incredibly patient and always helpful. A lot of the challenges honestly came more from our own setup and learning process than from Appstle itself and they still took the time to help us through everything. Really happy with the experience so far and can definitely recommend it.
