We recently started using the app in our store as we are a few weeks away from store launch. The developers at Appstle have been extremely responsive and helpful! Whether by email or through a screen-sharing meeting, they have worked with our team to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions, which we greatly appreciate. The Appstle app is intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, if you have questions about the app or want specific features added, you can simply submit a feature request ticket, and they’ll take care of it. Overall, our experience so far has been very positive!

I swapped from Subscription to Memberships and the team handled the migration for me. They also helped me integrate my other apps that are attached to the delivery of my recurring digital deliveries. Excellent. Shoutout to Uri who has been super helpful and patient on the backend. But all the support team has been invaluable. I swapped to Appstle after the previous app I tried never answered my tech questions. Now My shop is in working order and my customers are happy... which makes me happy.

My business is almost a year old and recently I moved over from Squarespace to Shopify. Appstle Memberships & Loyalty have been really great products and have a lot of features that I can use on the plans I have. I'm also very active on the backend of frontend of the Appstle products and I really enjoy seeing it all come together and being used by our puzzlers. I also am grateful of the YT videos to help and the support staff which are always willing to help on any aspect. Not sure if they are tired about hearing about puzzles all of the time... but maybe this is also my tactic to get them to become a Puzzler Member :) Thank you Appstle.

Great experience so far, I had issues at the beginning of my journey using this app - turns out it was actually a Shopify issue not this apps issue but the team helped me out anyway and sorted everything out for me! Fast replies and super helpful, very happy with this app so far!

Customer service is incredible helpful. Anytime I'm unsure of where to find a setting or make an adjustment, I get quick, friendly replies and they take care of the task I'm trying to complete, then they record a loom video showing me how they did it so I'll be able to find it next time. Can't recommend this level of support enough!

Very Happy with Kate from Appstle membership app support. Kate's support response time was around 1 minute, maybe less. My issue was fixed within a few minutes. 5 stars, definitely recommend.

I LOVE this app! Do I have issues sometimes? YUP! Should I have watched a tutorial? Probably! But they have the best customer service for an app that I have ever experienced. Uri and Adrian are amazing. I feel like I run a fairly complicated membership program? There's 15 different levels, and multiple access restrictions, and this system does everything I need.
