Extremely helpful team, doesn't matter what time I text during the day they are there and are patient and very helpful. This app so far is working pretty good :)

The customer service is so quick and patient. If I dont understand explanations, they custom make videos and send to me so I always get it.

We installed it on our shop as an optional thing to complement our YouTube channel, but it has been the perfect tool to allow our audience to donate directly through Shopify (where we also sell books). Also, customer service has been of great help, as we have no knowledge of coding whatsoever.

I was freaking out about membership stuff. Too many options, with not enough substance about what I need. I wanted things to be simple, but they weren't. Until I found Appstle. Not only was it fairly easy for me to figure out by poking around, but once I ran into a snag with the membership not showing up as a purchase option, Nancy was on top of it. The support was quick and helpful, and they fixed my problem nearly instantly. If this app continues to be this user friendly, easy, and accessible, then I can't imagine ever using anything else to manage my memberships. Great job everyone. And thanks again, Nancy, you Rock star!

Super fast and really helpful support. Speed and efficiency in solving issues is key to our business (I guess any business) as we had customers waiting to sign-up. Everything works well now and we can now dive into exploring other features of the app.
