I like that each time I click for help, it isn't long before they are there to help me with my questions, and, if needed, create a video for me to follow step by step. It is wonderful to know I don't have to figure this out on my own. I appreciate this very much!

I have to say that the support team at Appstle has been amazing! I was having issues getting the app set up because I was moving from another service. The support team was very patient with me and was able to fix all of my issue. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to house a membership on their Shopify site.

It's a bit tricky to figure out originally and trying to adjust things, however it seems fairly easy once you get a hang of it. Support is easy to access, knowledgable and helpful for tricky situations. I would recommend to anyone looking to add a membership or even subscription to their online store.

My experience using Appstle is great! not only on subscription but also to the membership. We just need to find a way how we can automate our emails for those people who will engage on our appstle offers but I guess email automation via Klaviyo will solve it.

So far super impressed with the responsiveness and support that is offered. After at least 6 or 7 app installed and uninstalls I AM THRILLED to find Appstle Memberships - it's EASY and CLEAR to install based on just the instructions. BONUS I've had help the whole time the live chat within 5 mins. I have been truly struggling to find the right solution to set up payment plans for course participants that would give me flexibility to customize plans, was SIMPLE to use, and didn't charge so much monthly + percentage of sales. This plan starts free and moves up to $19USD at some point. And there is so many great features to create experiences for the students in the course. Pretty excited to dive in. Will update once I've set it up and everything is working; based on the support I've gotten there is no doubt this to going to be great.

Service excellent! Je n'arrivai pas à configurer l'app correctement, Sah m'a assisté du début jusqu'à la fin. Service impeccable. Je recommande tout le monde a essayer l'application et ne pas hésiter quand il y a un soucis. C'est généralement un problème de configuration et non pas de l'application elle-même.
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir répondu à vos attentes. Vos commentaires nous encouragent à redoubler d'efforts et à nous améliorer constamment.

works and the support is there, a bit complicated to navigate and set up, some of the settings and options are hard to understand or don't give enough explanation but once set up, works great
