Appstle has been an excellent partner in providing added value to our customers via our PortalPass+ membership program, and our normal Rewards program available to non-premium members via Appstle Loyalty. Along with providing excellent products, they provide excellent customer services that helps us out rather quickly and fully.

I have now worked with the Appstle team on two different e-commerce websites I started, and the experience is nothing short of outstanding. Their apps are easy to use, and their customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend them, and would use them for alley needs.

We've only just begun exploring the app, but in the first 10 minutes of setting it up, we reached out to customer service for help and they were incredibly fast to respond and so helpful with helping us to set up specific features for our membership! We just launched our membership so I've not had much time using this app. But, the setup, features, and customer support have been top-notch so far! I'm looking forward to growing my membership group with Appslte at my side.

5 stars for most amazing customer service! Out of the box, we had a few hiccups integrating both with our Expanse Theme and with recent Shopify updates. But this team is so wonderfully responsive and helpful that they went above and beyond to make things work! It has taken some time, yes, there were some kinks, but please be patient with them as they will give great effort researching and fixing integration issues! And I learned much along the way!

We are extremely happy with both the Membership and Subscriptions apps and support we receive from Appstle. The team's assistance in migrating us from our existing apps was so valuable.
