The customer/support service is what really makes this app worth it. Don't get me wrong, the app is GREAT! But the service and support you get makes it AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this app and its team.

This app is everything I was looking for. A great way to create memberships into my store rather than product subscriptions. This app covers several use cases and is one of a kind so far on the Shopify app store. Totally recommend!

I used the app to set up a subscription service and payment gateway for my site. They did an outstanding job in helping me through the technical details of that process and were very patient an understanding. I would recommend this app and the team they have operating it to anyone!

Great support. Very responsive. Super awesome to work with! I had several out-of-the-box questions, and they helped me every step along the way. Their in-app chat support was just peachy.

A very good membership management tool for Shopify with deep integration into Shopify system. Great support team and powerful features if you want to enable a membership ecommerce site.

This is my 2nd store that I have used this app for memberships. All I can say is this is the best customer service I have ever witnessed. The onboarding process was done with ease with the help of the agent. Would recommend this to everyone!

This app has been fantastic and the customer service is great. Had a few questions on how to set up some discounts and customer service answered immediately and helped instantly. 100% recommend this if you're looking for a membership app.

I just downloaded the app a few days ago and I am still on the free trial. I am trying this membership app because it intregrates with Pagefly. I needed a lot of help to get the app up and running. The Appstle support team is next to none! They have spent so much time helping me to get this working and looking the way we want. Also, there response time is crazy fast! They are usually responding back to me in chat within a few minutes. Highly recommend checking their apps out!

Let me just say that the staff here has exceeded my expectations more than I can express. I have ran another Shopify store I ran for more than a decade and have experience with dozens of apps. I chose this app because of the functionality I need for a membership based website. I was having a few issues trying to set everything up and when I went to get support I was greeted within minutes. There were several people helping me and not only did they help me, they went above & beyond. I am a customer for life and look forward to any more apps they develop. I'm glad I found them! This app does what I need for my membership program, members only products, free shipping codes, and lets me create different tiers with customized features. Their customer support team is also helpful - especially Kehanvi who has helped me set up the membership program.
