We've only just begun exploring the app, but in the first 10 minutes of setting it up, we reached out to customer service for help and they were incredibly fast to respond and so helpful with helping us to set up specific features for our membership! We just launched our membership so I've not had much time using this app. But, the setup, features, and customer support have been top-notch so far! I'm looking forward to growing my membership group with Appslte at my side.

5 stars for most amazing customer service! Out of the box, we had a few hiccups integrating both with our Expanse Theme and with recent Shopify updates. But this team is so wonderfully responsive and helpful that they went above and beyond to make things work! It has taken some time, yes, there were some kinks, but please be patient with them as they will give great effort researching and fixing integration issues! And I learned much along the way!

We are extremely happy with both the Membership and Subscriptions apps and support we receive from Appstle. The team's assistance in migrating us from our existing apps was so valuable. This app has been really great for growing our business online. The team is available to assist with any questions 24/7 with great response time and they include a video of how they fix your issue, so that you can learn for the future. Very great support team!!

Hussain was super helpful and took great patience to deal with issues setting up my membership plan. I've used other membership apps before which could not meet my requirements. Appstle Membership app is fantastic and I would recommend anyone with memberships on their site to use this app!
