Even before installing the app, the amazing support team created a small mod for me so I could evaluate it's suitability for our ideas - Just on the initial product review it looks amazing and is definitely packed full of options and flexibility. I have been using Appstle Subscriptions for over a year and can speak to the incredible support and practical functionality of their products - Highly recommend!!

I have Appstle Memberships and Subscriptions, and I love both. They offer great support, which is critical to me and my customers. They have an extensive knowledge base and excellent reporting tools and are very responsive on chat support. They are constantly improving their product, which is essential for small Shopify customers like me in this space.

The support has been awesome, even before I decided to go with Appstle. They have answered all of my questions and have made this very easy to work with. I have tried other apps for memberships and this has so far been the best. They are very quick to get back to me and have helped me immensely. I am not tech illiterate, nor and I tech savvy, and they have really helped me figure out how to make this work for my company. Truly a great group of people

We started using this app at the beginning of 2024 to offer our new garden memberships. It has done everything we've needed so far. The documentation is easy to follow for setting it up and the support is fantastic. Updated March, 2025: The customer service continues to be incredible. Quick and helpful responses in the in-app chat.
