I have been trying to get the membership working on my website for several days. I am not the most tech savvy person out there. Jackson was very helpful and patient with me as he walked me through every step very clearly. Took the time to take video and screen recordings to make sure that I understood the steps that needed to take. Now that this is successfully setup on my website I can't explain how much of a relief that this is. Very happy and grateful

Appstle has been an excellent partner in providing added value to our customers via our PortalPass+ membership program, and our normal Rewards program available to non-premium members via Appstle Loyalty. We've only just begun exploring the app, but in the first 10 minutes of setting it up, we reached out to customer service for help and they were incredibly fast to respond and so helpful with helping us to set up specific features for our membership! We just launched our membership so I've not had much time using this app. But, the setup, features, and customer support have been top-notch so far! I'm looking forward to growing my membership group with Appslte at my side.

5 stars for most amazing customer service! Out of the box, we had a few hiccups integrating both with our Expanse Theme and with recent Shopify updates. But this team is so wonderfully responsive and helpful that they went above and beyond to make things work! It has taken some time, yes, there were some kinks, but please be patient with them as they will give great effort researching and fixing integration issues! And I learned much along the way!
