The customer service for this app is INCREDIBLE! The install was easy, the dashboard is clear, and anything I have needed help on - I've been able to reach out to customer service and they've helped straight away. Highly recommend this app!

So far so good...the support is very good. They are very responsive and appear to be available at any hours of the day. We already have the Appstle Subscriptions app, but we have found that as a CPG product business customers will order a subscription item, but if they are not using it fast enough they cancel the subscriptions. We are updating our strategy and the memberships app is perfect for our new offering. **UPDATE 3/15/25** We are now looking into the Loyalty App because as it turns out Smile.io does not allow us to add customers to their VIP Tiers based on a customer tag, but Appstle Loyalty does have this feature, and for half the price....been paying for Smile all this time and doesn't even have what we need. Instant support from Appstle to answer our questions about the Loyalty App....very responsive.

This is now my 2nd life review, as it seems worth giving. Appstle offers incredible apps, and this membership app definitely follows suit. It is simple, yet seems to give way more than appears, primarily due to the professional feel it gives your company, and with how smooth the app runs. There is plenty of customization to make it seem like everything is provided from you, the merchant. The customer service is also great, and responsive, however, ANNIE is AMAZING! She is a great combination of friendly and informative, she is fast at fixing all issues, and excellent with follow up communications when issues are not hers to fix. HIGHLY recommend APPSTLE Memberships

Appstle, has been incredible. The membership platform has allowed me to monetize my subscriptions, and to open up new avenues with my business in a way that I could not have imagined. Appstle is incredibly easy to learn, and anything that I have struggled with (I'm not at all tech savvy), their 24/7 chat made the process that much easier. Not only did they plug the right information in the correct fields, they taught me how to do so that I could manage in the future. Thank you Appstle!
