This is an amazing membership app. It comes with the exact functions we need, and the customer service is excellent all the time!

The support offered is really incredible. They have been able to help almost instantly with any issue I've had getting the tech part of my membership up and running.

More than excellent customer service! Prarthana was kind enough to go through all my confusion and guide me precisely through the steps to set up my complex membership system. I recommend Appstle for any small business owner who is terrified by logistics and technology.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kehanvi, a Merchant Success Manager from Appstle℠ Memberships team. I had been grappling with an issue created by another app, which I had uninstalled quite some time ago, yet it continued to cause problems. Feeling rather desperate and overwhelmed, I contacted Customer Service for help. From the outset, Kehanvi was the epitome of professionalism. She was not only polite and courteous but also showcased her exceptional problem-solving skills by dedicating a few hours to help me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. It was apparent that she possessed a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its integrations, and I was continually impressed by her diligence and attention to detail. Kehanvi’s unwavering commitment to customer success was evident throughout our interaction. She patiently listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions to get to the root of the problem, and then meticulously worked through possible solutions until the issue was resolved. Her calm and collected demeanor put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Kehanvi for any recognition or promotion that she may be considered for. The support people have been WONDERFUL! I'm not super tech savvy with websites, so I stumbled a little with a few spots, but when I messaged them for help, I got responses right away and they handled any spots I was stuck on quickly. I highly recommend!!

I had a few technical issues that were all user error and the customer service team walked me through step by step on how to fix it. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

They have been so helpful in setting up our store's memberships. We launch tomorrow, and my anxiety about the process is pretty much gone thanks to their real-time chat that guided me through the finer details I was missing while reading the support documents. So far, some of the best customer service I've come across in my 8 years of Shopify-ing.
