This is just my second day using the Appstle membership app. The on-boarding experience was excellent with many in app support videos to assist me in creating my membership plans and customer portal. When I needed technical support, Akhtar took the time to understand my issue and resolved it very quickly. I will return to update this review after I have completed my 14-day trial. But so far, this is the best experience with a membership app I have had to date, and I have been testing a number of them over the past two week.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

in the first day, it's already the class of the field. incredible service, built exactly what i needed. i'll be back.

This is now my 2nd life review, as it seems worth giving. Appstle offers incredible apps, and this membership app definitely follows suit. It is simple, yet seems to give way more than appears, primarily due to the professional feel it gives your company, and with how smooth the app runs. There is plenty of customization to make it seem like everything is provided from you, the merchant. The customer service is also great, and responsive, however, ANNIE is AMAZING! She is a great combination of friendly and informative, she is fast at fixing all issues, and excellent with follow up communications when issues are not hers to fix. Appstle, has been incredible. The membership platform has allowed me to monetize my subscriptions, and to open up new avenues with my business in a way that I could not have imagined. Appstle is incredibly easy to learn, and anything that I have struggled with (I'm not at all tech savvy), their 24/7 chat made the process that much easier. Not only did they plug the right information in the correct fields, they taught me how to do so that I could manage in the future. Thank you Appstle!

Just started using this app to offer memberships to my customers. So far it has been super easy to set up and the customer service is amazing. Definitely recommend trying this app out.

Very very happy with their customer service. Maryum was patient, experienced, and kind. She guided me through the whole setup process according to our requests. At Crescent Cast, we are focused on selling high-quality crystals and needed an app to provide our loyal customers with a membership plan. This app suits our needs perfectly and with their free plan we get to test the integration and functionality on our site. Very happy so far setting everything up, now hoping once we get people subscribing, the app remains working well. The good thing is that I know we can count on their customer service if any problem arises!

The app is really powerful and actually quite simple, although you do need some technical knowledge for parts of it. That's where the customer service team come in! I was struggling to do something and they fixed it really quickly, gave me guidance and some amazing troubleshooting support too! Amazing support, lovely people.

I am working on creating a membership option and this app has really blown me away with their options and how seamlessly it integrates into my store. Nandita helped me with a member portal issue in under 10 minutes. Which is always amazing! Looking forward to continuing on in my membership journey with them.
