This app is extremely unreliable and fails to trigger the upsell as intended. The customer support is the worst I've experienced, leaving my inquiries unanswered for four days despite claiming to offer 24/7 support. Even emails go ignored. Such poor service is unacceptable, and this app should seriously be reconsidered for inclusion on Shopify.

its a great app but I had some issues with it customer support was very slow and not responding to me.
