I'm really impressed with the features of this app - especially since it's free. It is a strong competitor to other much more pricey apps of it's kind. It's great for upsell and thank you page customizations, though I'd love to see a little more styling capability on the upsell interstitial. Reached out to support and chatted with James, who was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

facing an issue with the app that caused a sold our product to be sold (& no i didn’t have it set up to continue selling when out of stock) scheduled a meeting, nobody showed up. reached out via chat and text and nothing. issue still unresolved. UPDATE: issue was resolved a few days later. company apologized for the day and was willing to assist me.

I would recommend this app if you were interested in getting an easy to use software that Will not only give you the chance to make more money after the sale but also allow you to do some other cool things like collect surveys from your customers. There's also a feature on here for social networking which allows you to share your social networks with your customer. I think this is a decent solution for those who are interested in those three things. I'm going to play with this a little more but great of the jump seems to b good. Get it while it's free before they decide to put a price on it.

James was very helpful during the navigating process of set up my page for the Ark app. He was very knowledgeable, patience and very hands on during our zoom call. After our call the information provide allow to understand and navigate through Ark to change or add new product while getting my customers feedback to enhance my store. The birthday collection is great because it lets me send multiple promos for the birthday month and customers feel special that we have special birthday offers - very pleased with this app and the easy usage.

Wasn't that excited to try upsell at first but one I implemented reorders on my thank you page I did see an increase in sales and was pleasantly surprised and honestly quite disappointed with myself ihadn't done it earlier, was just lazy I guess,b it this was so easy to use even I have no complaints.
